Lessons Learnt

• There should be a continuous relation with the insured members and the insurance companies through nodal agencies.
• Peoples institutions / CBOs should be strengthened to manage their own interventions.
• People credibility must be gained.
• Members stake in the name of service charges, shall be taken even the product is free.
• Community must be involved at all level in the process and there be an accountable and transparent systems.
